The CMMI Maturity Level 3 certificate is issued by the CMMI Institute of the United States. The organization is dedicated to elevating organizational performance through best-in-class solutions to real-world challenges. A Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) is a model that helps organizations to effectuate process improvement in service, product, and software development. The official appraisal method used by the CMMI Institute is known as the Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI). The SCAMPI Class A is the most formal and rigorous type of international appraisal to measure an enterprise’s software development maturity and project management capability. It is also the only type that results in a level rating.

The appraisal process primarily evaluates three areas, which include process and service development, service establishment and management, and product and service acquisition.  After a Class A appraisal is done, one of the five maturity level ratings is awarded to an organization. The CMMI Maturity Level 3 certificate issued to Borrui Data indicates that the company is performing at a Defined level. It can continuously and reliably complete projects on time and under budget and achieve high-quality results.
